An extensive remodel of a fire damaged 3 unit building in San Francisco. A Victorian era house originally, a large addition & remodel in the 1970's had erased any trace of the building's architectural provenance. The complete remodel after the fire focused on opening up the closed off spaces done in the 70's - creating a modern open space inside while also updating the street facade into the present era.
