West Portal Renovation

A complete renovation transforming a 1920's home marred by a bad remodel from the 1960's into a modern open space for a young family. Walls between the living room, dining room and kitchen were removed to create an easy space for entertaining and day to day living. The former powder room was enlarged to create a new full bath en-suite with the Master bedroom. Downstairs, an underutilized storage space was turned into a large family room, guest suite and laundry room.
